I'm Alan Partridge is a British sitcom created and written by Steve Coogan, Armando Iannucci and Peter Baynham. Steve Coogan stars as the lead character, Alan Partridge. There have been two series, the 1st in 1997 and the 2nd in 2002. In May 2008 it was announced there is a film adaptation of "I'm Alan Partridge" in pre-production.
